I used to be afraid of people. I did not know at all how to deal with them. I was pretty clueless. With Scientology, I have since gained the knowledge and certainty to be comfortable around almost anyone, and communicate with them easily. There is no effort to this. This makes life a lot more enjoyable and easy. I have had other successes too but I have enjoyed this benefit for a long time.
