If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with realizing that it is possible to get better. My whole life has changed.
Some of the other books have helped me in specific areas, some in all areas. But Dianetics is what started me going in the direction of total freedom.
