If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
I learned about me. I learned how the mind worked and why I would have difficulties in my life. This book really helped explain things I just couldn't explain. After reading this book I really saw hope for betterment.
