If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with giving me an insight into myself and helped me to understand why we act differently from each other. This was my first and most significant step in Scientology. Through Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health I was able to develop more understanding and compassion for other people.
